Update!

Well things are going so great! I haven't updated in awhile, so here it is. I do need to say that I survived the marathon! It was insane! But it was more exciting than any volleyball or basketball game I've played in, not to downplay the excitingness of those, but it was so amazing! I ran with my good old friend Lindsey (we played at CEU together) and her friend, now my friend too, Kristen. We all wanted to stay together, but we got split up. We got separated at mile 7 from Kristen, and then about halfway through, I hit a HUGE wall! I just wanted to cry! I had to walk, and it was so discouraging! But then I realized that most people walk except the winners. So then luckily my dear mommy had sent me a package with goo in it (yep, it's really called goo!) and it's loaded with carbs, and I felt so good! And so I started running again and felt really good until about mile 23, then my legs were cramping pretty bad. There was a big block party from mile 22 or so on, and so many people were cheering for all of us, and we didn't even know them! It was so nice! Then the last like 1/4 mile, there were bleachers and people were going nuts. I almost started crying again because it was such a rush! At the end a lady I finished with came and gave me a big hug (I didn't even know her) and she was like good job! And I told her back too. It was just so amazing! So here are some pics...

Also, I have to say that I am one lucky ducky! I love both of my offices! And things are just great! Jason and I are the CTR 5 teachers, and our kids are adorable! It gets a little crazy during the lesson because it's the last part, so they're ready to go home, but we love it. And we are also the Youth Conference Coordinators. We are also very excited about that. So we are just great, and no kids yet. :)
