Plaque Free Index

Yesterday was very humbling in clinic. We had to use the disclosing agent to reveal how much plaque was really on our teeth. All this time, I've been brushing my teeth incorrectly! Good thing Aimee was there to show me how to brush my teeth right! Hopefully next time we do this, it won't be so embarrassing! I am glad that my pod is so cool! They always keep me laughing.
